The SHBA Next Leadership, Education and Development Scholarship Program (L.E.A.D.S) helps further vision of the council, to increase engagement for those under 45 in our industry, by providing opportunities for young professionals to attend National events, attend education classes, and participate on councils at bot the State and National level.
