This past Saturday our 4th Annual FYF Construction Camp helped frame the future for high school students interested in a career in the trades. Nearly 30 students and close to 40 volunteers constructed 5 garden sheds in the sun, wind and rain. Guided by seasoned professionals, participants from diverse backgrounds came together and experienced hands-on training, networking and what a day in the trades feels like. Through teamwork and cooperation, they tackled challenges head-on, laying the groundwork for skills that will last a lifetime. This was another shining moment in the Associations history and could not have happened without our amazing volunteers and very generous sponsors! A huge thank you to everyone who made this day a success!
