New Virtual Fall Festival of Homes Starts This Friday

The Spokane Home Builders Association is excited to present the 16^th annual Fall Festival of Homes!

The public can tour show homes virtually at spokanefestivalofhomes.com, or on the Fall Festival of Homes app, starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 25. Each home was filmed using Matterport 3D technology for a smooth and easy click-by-click walkthrough. Guests will also learn more about the builder and their home, and will have the opportunity schedule a private home showing according to social distancing guidelines. As always, the Fall Festival of Homes is free to the public.

This year’s virtual show will feature 21 new homes showcasing state-of-the-art technology, superb craftsmanship, and new design trends, built by 16 of Spokane’s finest builders. SHBA members featured in the Fall Festival of Homes are professionals who take pride in quality construction and exceptional craftsmanship. With a sharp eye toward sustainable design, they also incorporate the latest technology and energy-saving devices so your next home can be as efficient as it is beautiful.

After virtually touring each show home, the public can than vote for their favorite home in specified price categories through our People’s Choice Judging, which can be accessed on the Fall Festival of Homes website and app. Each person that votes will then be entered into a drawing to win a Bosch Dishwasher courtesy of Hayden Homes and sourced from Ferguson Bath Kitchen & Lighting Gallery and Bosch.
